Recommended freezer temperature setting is 15° F (-9 C of below)
Frozen Shipments: +10° ("X"
Formula) - Designed to keep product frozen
for an extended period of time. Use to maintain temperatures
from 10° F to 32° F (-12° C to 0° C). Freeze point is 5° F (-15°
C). Recommended freezer temperature setting is 0° F (-18° C
or below)
Extreme Cold:
-10° ("Y" Formula) -
Designed to be used in specific applications where extremely
cold temperatures are required. Use to maintain temperatures
from -10° F to 32° F (-23° C to 0° C). Freeze point is -15°
F (-26° C). Recommended freezer temperature setting is -20°
F (-29° C or below). This material can replace dry ice in most
applications. An Industrial low temperature freezer is required
to freeze these packs properly.

Freezing Guide: For
faster freezing, remove packs from case and freeze individually.
For a uniform fast freeze of Cold Ice packs, freeze entire case.
Cases are vented to accelerate the freezing process. Monitor
freezer temperature. (Recommended freezer temperature shown
above) Fully frozen complete pallets of Cold Ice may be double
stacked.
